Still thinking

For almost one month, I have not post article here. Actually I did think about what to write all the time in my mind; but not on the keyboard. It is difficult for me to express myself through language. This is my problem and the reason why not to pursue work on theory.
After "Window -1", the following task is to finish the remaining nylon warp on the Jac3G Jacquard loom. The first trial was an "interchange" double weave test. The piece has two separate layers: translucent nylon layer and white fabric layer. Two layers are interchanged (stitched) in a silhouette of a couple. The white layer contains three yarns: natural color cotton, bleached cotton and luminous filament. Therefore the test will shows different images under different light sources. But I am disappointed by the result of the frequent mistakes of the hook lifting--the white layer can not move freely because of the mistake works like stitching.
The rusted hooks are the reason of the lifting mistake. Because of the humid weather and rainy days make the hooks are so easy to get rusted. Beside the air conditioning to lower the temperature during weaving, a dehumidifier is needed to reduce the moisture. I hope it won't be a shocking number of the cost of electricity. If the hooks are made of stainless steel, everything will be much easier. But the manufacture is in the USA, they never think about temperature and moisture can be enormous problems.
The lesson learned from this test are 1. the warp setting is better to has two (nylon and white cotton) materials, 2. the high twisted cotton and luminous wefts will create a more dimensional fabric.
Will I start the new test according the lesson learned from last test? How should I do with this 9 meters nylon warp? This is a question!
I might weave something quickly in order to finish the remaining warp. What it will be? I am thinking. It is good to think while my hands are busy. After finishing three knitted sweater, there is still empty in my mind and head. That's why I am typing this post now!
This side has white human figures on top.

The other side has translucent nylon figures on top.

The close up of the fabric shows the different textures of two layers.

A plastic pad covers the breast (front) beam of the loom to help the beam to grasp the slippery nylon warp. Then the auto advancing system can works.

After weaving and adjusting to find a proper setting of the weft density control and auto advancing cloth system.
