提花機Jacq3G 更換新零件 Replacing new part of Jacquard hand loom

The Jacq3G have been replaced a new part. The pins which connect hook and heddle are changed to a different kind of pin.
提花機Jacq3G 更換新零件，銜接綜絲和鉤針的部份改為上下能各自轉動的類型，如此龍頭的鉤針就不會被綜絲影響。更換的過程十分冗長。因為新零件比較長，換完零件後在織布機上面四個角落各加上一個鐵塊以調整高度。

It is a lengthy and tedious process. The new part is a bit longer than the old one. After 1200 hooks are fixed, four pieces of iron disk are added on the top of loom to match the new length of the heddle.

香港行 Trip to Hong Kong

During my trip to Hong Kong I spend the last day, which was the fist day of the year 2012, in Hong Kong History Museum. It is a well organised exhibition. One Luxurious wedding dress caught my attention. The whole surface is covered with couched metallic threads and has relief embroidery!
2011年底去了一趟香港，最後一天也就是2012年元旦，去參觀旅館附近的香港歷史博物館。香港歷史的常態展規劃詳細，內容豐富。其中一件華麗的新娘禮服全部鋪滿金銀線，而且刺繡出浮雕效果，令人印象深刻。

The 1960's barber shop and comic book shop are very interesting. It just like my memory become alive.
1960年代的理髮廳和漫畫出租店的畫面，讓我想到小時候家中理髮廳的陳設，還有沉迷在漫畫書的年代。怎麼香港和台灣也有一些相似的地方!
