I am searching a proper way of installing the five panels of room divider. For more than one week, I have been busy with warping, fixing looms and doing tests.
One set of space-dyed paper thread warp was dressed and woven.
Second thing is to redo the threading of the big computer dobby loom. Here is the test of a network draft.
And the other thing is to wind and re-thread a new set of warp of TC-1 Jacquard loom, because the earlier one was totally a mess. Along with warping and weaving, I also need to fix the dobby loom and clean the filter of TC-1.
The dobby loom has lifting error. By putting a piece of heavy metal to tighten the cable, the harness #16 behave itself.
Two inside filters are cleaned. A smell came out of the controlling box when the TC-1 Jacquard loom was running. Right now we still try to solve the problem. I need to remove some part to check inside of motor.
It sounds like one thing after the other, in fact all those tasks happened at the same time. In one day I might weave some test, do the threading and fix problem of the looms. My mind is so mixed up.
