「窗之一 」完成 "Window-1" finished

作品「窗之一」已完成，材質使用了夜光線、反光線及含螢光劑的線材。和作品「樹牆」一樣，會交替用紫外線燈、投射燈和無光線三種狀態去創造不同的效果，以下是模擬的影片。
This work is woven with luminescent and light reflective threads. The plan of the installation is to give different light resources to reveal different layers of  images. Here is the simulation.

個展已到最後一個週末，歡迎參觀指教。如搭乘高鐵，可坐接駁車﹝台中公園線﹞在公益路口站下車，再步行幾分鐘就可抵達畫廊。

窗之一 Window-1

Last week I decided to install air conditioner in my studio because I found the Jacq3D lifted crazy pattern.
上星期六，家裡Jacq3D提花機換了一個新龍頭後，還是有狀況。這次是亂提綜絲或是沒反應，我忽然領悟到這是氣溫太高導致電路秀逗的症狀。記得丹麥朋友提到夏天使用提花機TC-1時會發生不正常的狀況，裝設冷氣後維持在攝氏二十多度才解決問題。所以趕緊安排電氣行來裝冷氣，果然冷氣一吹，折騰一年半的所有問題霎時消失了！！！
實在是太──神──奇──了！！！

Those grey blocks are created by the wrong lifting. The most amazing thing happened when the room temperature dropped. The loom acts almost perfectly. For one and half years, this is the first time that the loom weaves flawlessly. I am very happy!!!
上圖中灰色色塊是提綜錯誤的結果。現在覺得Jacq3D提花機有希望了。

 Now I wove two panels of a new work--"Window-1". There will be four panels to piece a set of window. To see how these two panels look, I pin them on the wall and put the UV light on. Then, here is the simulation of it.
這幾天開始織「窗之一」，是窗系列的第一件，由四片拼成。目前已織完三片，但是第一片太短，要重做。下面影片是已織完的兩片的光照效果，因為只是臨時貼在牆面，還沒裝裱，所以外形有點歪曲。影片是模擬出預計的轉換效果。

I wish to weave a series of windows. This time I use reflective thread in stead of stainless steel.
