Four Seassons and Another Episode 四季平安

Because the black warp on SAMTEX loom need to go before the end of July, I use it to make another piece of my "Episode" series. Three wefts have basic red, yellow and blue color. Different weave structures will made three wefts to blend or conceal colors.
因為法國提花手織機在八月初要改別的經線，所以剩餘的經線要用完。大約5碼長的線，完成了一件大的和一件小的作品。緯線是紅、黃、藍三原色，利用織紋結構使得圖案和色彩發生變化。

My recent attitude toward color is to use it as an expressive vehicle.
目前個人希望創造出強烈情感能量的色彩表現，而非愉悅的視覺效應。

when I was weaving these works, the computer embroidery machine was working too. That is the good part of the embroidery machine. Four sets of four flowers were made. These are presents for my students who just married recently. Four flowers of four seasons is the symbol of peace and safe of all year round.
當我努力丟梭打緯時，一旁的電腦刺繡機也沒閒著，忙著繡製「四季平安」。當然我花了幾天的時間把檔案先做好，再交給機器製作。電腦刺繡機真像是一個勤奮和乖巧的小孩。一共完成四組，每組四個花卉。每件尺寸是20公分見方，四朵花可以有不同的組合，一直線或組成更大的正方形。這四組作品是給最近新婚的學生的禮物。做完後的感想是同一圖案，連繡了四次會讓人受不了。下次會再換不同的花或不同的圖片！

Each piece is 20 cm square. There are different ways of presentations. It can be in a line or put to a bigger square.
